The Ariya Celebration

A beautiful, African-themed rite of passage honoring youth and high school graduates as they step boldly into their next chapter. Whether that's college, a career, entrepreneurship, or another meaningful vocation, the Ariya Celebration recognizes this milestone as more than a graduation; it's an embrace from community members across generations that speak life in our young people as they grow into adulthood.

Join us!

The evening includes…

  • A catered dinner followed by a formal commencement speech by community and organizational leaders

  • Introductions of each graduate and their families who have support them throughout their journey as they transition into adulthood

  • A heartfelt rite of passage ceremony where community elders speak words of wisdom and blessing over our young people

  • A featured film documenting the young men participating in the Ariya, exploring their thoughts as they embark on their journeys ahead

Guests are treated to free food and non-alcoholic drinks, with the celebration coming alive with the energy of dance and music because every milestone this big deserves to be celebrated fully.
